For the University of Bergamo, CEC planned and managed seven academic year kick-off events. The most important congregation for the University, it’s a chance to open its doors to representatives in nearby areas and beyond. Working closely with the University, CEC plans and manages the occasion, organising its spatial set-up, staging and direction while also coordinating the guest invitation and RSVP system. CEC also manages attendees and organizes the catering and the logistics of the spaces and transfers. In particular, CEC is fully aware of the importance of the ceremonial observance that is expected in the presence of state officials, who are often invited to attend, and thus also oversaw the necessary inspections to ensure their safety.
In addition to the academic year opening festivities, CEC has collaborated with the University of Bergamo on other events and celebrations, such as UniBergamoRete, Start Cup, HcLab, Cyfe, Bergamo Next Level, guaranteeing their successful execution.
